The Walmart Foundation has been helping to help offset rising college tuition costs by awarding more than $9 million in college scholarships. Walmart offers 3 different scholarships each year. More information on the 3 reoccurring Walmart scholarships for 2013 can be seen below:
Walmart scholarships for 2013 #1: The Sam Walton Community Scholarship provides $3,000 to graduating seniors with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA and a demonstrated financial need. Walmart scholarships for 2011 #2: The Walmart Dependent Scholarship provides $3,000 to Walmart and Sam’s Club dependents of associates who are graduating seniors with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA and a demonstrated financial need.
Walmart scholarships for 2013 #3: Walton Family Foundation Scholarship provides a $13,000 scholarship paid out over four years. Applications must be dependents of Walmart and Sam’s Club associates.
