This is a unique college scholarship opportunity for those students attending a community college for the first two years of study. The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation’s Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship honors excellence by supporting outstanding community college students with a financial need to transfer to and complete their bachelor’s degrees at the nation’s top four-year colleges and universities. To be eligible for The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation’s Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship, applicants must be nominated by the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Faculty Representative at their two-year institution. Students cannot apply directly to The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation’s Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship, but can speak with their current two-year college staff to see how nominations are determined.
Each two-year college may nominate up to two students each year to be considered for the scholarship. Through this annual Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship Program, scholarship winners may be awarded up to $30,000 per year to be used towards earning a four-year degree.
