To apply for this scholarship, you simply have to meet the eligibility requirements and then submit an online short written response of 250 words or less describing the top ten reasons you should get the scholarship.

All applicants must be legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, and must be currently enrolled (or enroll no later than the fall of 2016) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education.
