The Standout Student College Scholarship, offered by College Peas is a $500 scholarship for college. The Standout Student College Scholarship is looking for applicants who “stand out” from their peers by participating in special or unique activities, not typical to the average teenager (sports, music, volunteering and/or religion, while great activities, are considered pretty average for the Standout Student College Scholarship judges).
Standout Student College Scholarship applicants are asked to submit a short essay describing a special skill, talent or interest that helps you standout from your peers. The essays must be 100 words or less. Applicants for the Standout Student College Scholarship must be current high school students who plan to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Standout Student College Scholarship winners will receive a $500 college scholarship, and a free college admissions consultation.
