California High School students have a chance to win a $1,000 college scholarship through the California Cash for College Program. To apply for this Scholarship For California Students, students must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and a verified Cal Grant GPA. Students must also be a California High School Senior and attend a California Cash for College Workshop in January or February to qualify for the $1,000 scholarship. After attending the California Cash for College Workshop, complete an exit survey, submit the FAFSA and your verified Cal Grant GPA by the March 2 Cal Grant deadline. Recipients will be selected and notified after the March 2 deadline in late May or early June.
