The Samsung Techwin America Scholarship, is an annual college scholarship opportunity available to high school students (15 years of age or older) in the United States. Samsung Techwin America Scholarship applicants are asked to submit a 300 word (or less) essay response to a question on the topic of technology. Each Samsung Techwin America Scholarship winner will receive a $1,000 educational scholarship from Samsung.
Samsung Techwin America Scholarship applicants must be residents of the United States of America, and enrolled as a full-time high school student in any public or private high school. Ten scholarship winners will be chosen to win a one-time scholarship award of $1,000 to be used towards college expenses. All scholarship essays will be evaluated by a panel of judges on the following criteria: original thinking, relevance to the real world, and writing quality.
