Often times college students and/or high schools students are on the hunt for non-academic based scholarships, well here is one for you! Applicants could win $1000 for college via the Our Country Our Scholarship. The scholarship competition is open to any U.S. citizen who is between the ages of 18 to 26 years old. High school seniors, undergraduate students and graduate college students, technical school students and trade school students are all eligible to apply for this scholarship. The $1000 college scholarship award may be spent on educational fees, classes, research or related expenses.
The scholarship is based on an essay entry identifying our countries greatest problems, and the best solutions for those problems.
