A great nursing scholarship opportunity, the Kaiser Permanente College To Caring Program offers funds to students who are juniors or seniors in college pursuing a bachelors degree in nursing. Students who are selected will receive a scholarship for $8,000 each year they attend nursing school.
Eligibility and criteria for the Kaiser Permanente College Nursing Scholarship is as follows: Student must be of Hispanic background and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, residing in Northern California. The student must be studying at an accredited university in Northern California, and must be (or plan to be) enrolled full-time as an undegraduate student for the upcoming academic year. Applicants must have earned and maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, must demonstrate financial need, and must be a rising junior or senior in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing for the upcoming academic year.
