Intel Science Talent Search Scholarships offer a large variety of college scholarship awards to those looking to get into the scientific field. The Intel Science Talent Search Scholarship program is America’s oldest and most prestigious pre-college science competition. Each year many talented U.S. high school seniors enter the Intel Science Talent Search to present their original science projects for a chance to win a large college scholarship. Forty finalists, representing the best and brightest young scientific minds in America, go on to compete for over 1.25 million in awards and scholarships.
The college scholarship prizes for the Intel Science Talent Search Scholarships:
The grand-prize winner receives a $100,000 four-year scholarship.
The second-place winner receives a $75,000 scholarship.
The third-place winner receives a $50,000 scholarship.
The fourth-place winner receives a $40,000 scholarship.
The fifth-place winner receives a $30,000 scholarship.
Sixth- through seventh-place winners each receives a $25,000 scholarship.
Eighth- through tenth-place winners each receives a $20,000 scholarship.
Remaining 30 finalists receive a $7,500 scholarship.
Each Intel Science Talent Search Scholarship finalist receives: A new laptop powered by Intel, an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C, and an opportunity to meet with government officials, including the President or Vice President of the United States.
