The Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program is looking for athletes who have used sports as a means of becoming a strong leader and volunteer in their community. The Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program will honor twenty winners of this program with a $20,000 scholarship for college. To apply for the Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program, applicants must fill out the online application, provide answers to the three essay questions, and provide two non-family letters of recommendation.
To be eligible for the Foot Locker Scholar Athletes program, scholarship applicants must be currently involved in high school sports, intramural sports, or community based sports. Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale), and must be college bound to an accredited four-year college/university. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident, born on or after September 1st, 1991.
