Beans For Brains Scholarship

It may have a silly name, but the Beans For Brains Scholarship Contest is no joke! The second annual Beans For Brains Scholarship (sponsored by Jimmy Beans Wool) is a great opportunity for those who know how to knit or crochet. The scholarship is a merit-based scholarship open to any student attending an accredited institution. Applicants must provide an original pattern or a photo of a recent knit or crochet project, as well as meet additional scholarship eligibility criteria.

Six $3000 Beans For Brains Scholarships will be awarded this year. One Beans For Brains Scholarship will be awarded to a Reno/Tahoe local student. One Beans For Brains Scholarship will be awarded internationally, and the remaining four scholarships will be distributed evenly among the four U.S. Regions.
